Mike Horsley has 25 years permanent recruitment experience. He founded Wallace Hind Selection as one of three partners in 1992 and became sole MD in 2007. His goal is to continue to grow the company (achieved 10% growth y.o.y. for last 4 years) whilst maintaining its reputation for excellent ethical service.
Gerry Bell started recruiting in 1987 and worked for 5 years with two national recruiters as a Consultant and Branch Manager before founding Wallace Hind with his two partners in 1992. Gerry retains accountability for delivering the Wallace Hind recruitment services for a group of key clients.
