Candidate Identification & Evaluation 

We have a team of experienced talent identification and research consultants who leave no stone unturned and have the capability to find anyone anywhere. We leverage our industry knowledge and identify the competitor companies where prospective talent may be found. 

Having highlighted a list of potential prospects, we endeavor to speak to all of them, not just enough to find a shortlist, all of them. This provides our client with the very best talent and provides detailed market knowledge whether it be how our clients are perceived in the market? Whether their remuneration packages are in line with market conditions and competitors? Future talent acquisition opportunities? 

When we have covered every avenue possible we provide the candidate with a detail addendum and company brief highlighting the challenges and expectations. We meet an extended list of candidates who meet parameters of the brief so that we are ensuring we haven't missed any talent.

Interviewing & Shortlist Process

Once we have agreed a final shortlist, Wallace Hind organise all interview times and dates with selected candidates. Interviews can be held onsite with clients, but most of our clients enjoy the use of our offices so that they can escape the day to day office distractions. All administration, control of interviews and meetings would be handled and organised by us. We carry out a full competency based interview and can also provide Thomas International testing to support the selection programme. 

On-boarding & Post Start Date

This is simple for us, no matter what timescales we keep in close contact with the successful candidates and encourage communication between all three parties up until start date, this ensures the security of the candidate starting. 

Post start date, we encourage both candidate and client to keep in touch so that we can follow the candidates progress and success.
