COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Bristol, Cardiff, Gloucester, Taunton, Trowbridge, Exeter JOB SPECIFICATION - Area Sales Manager – South West The Area Sales Manager will be promoting the service levels and products for a reward winning business offering innovative portable and visual marketing solutions to the trade. The key tasks for the ASM will be as follows:* Lead the Sales for all accounts in the South West; review the spend and potential growth of accounts. Liaise daily with your internal sales team to ensure all sales opportunities are fully optimised for growth on your area.* Visit the head office on a monthly basis to attend sales meetings and network with the other ASM’s of the UK market.* Your week will consist of at least 20 client visits, ensuring your key accounts are developed and secure. You will also be required to include some hunting into your area. You will need to target plausible new businesses and agree a strategy by involving the internal sales team and the marketing department.* Able to achieve exceed KPI’s and produce MI for budget plans, sales targets and monthly and quarterly sales forecasts. REQUIREMENTS: The Area Sales Manager needs to demonstrate the following skills within a remote sales arena: * Outstanding people skills and a desire to build relationships by representing the business in a professional and knowledgeable manner.* Enthused to grow the sales of the area for the business and have a clear focus on how to achieve growth and exceed KPI’s.* Demonstrate excellent time management skills and be able to manage your own diary and also communicate across your internal clients in the business to ensure you are fully supported out in the field.* Become the expert of your area and the representative of the business.
