These will be primarily in the energy, electronics, medical and aerospace industries. You will lead a team of ceramic/process scientists/engineers, both directly and cross-functionally. Projects could be long term, where novel technologies need to be taken from concept to commercialisation and the customer needs to commit to multiple stages of development; or more discrete projects involving existing processes that require optimisation due to inefficiencies, failures, or any other need for improvement or adaptation.
