This division manufactures and supplies technical products and solutions, through specification to the Automotive OEM Tier 1/2, Transportation (Marine, Commercial Truck and Bus, Rail & Aerospace), Alternative Energy, Petrochemical, MRO, and General Industrial OEM markets. It is imperative you have the capability, to take on a more senior leadership role overtime. SALES MANAGER – EUROPE - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We would be delighted to receive applications from individuals who: * Have the capacity not only to do this role, but in the short to medium term, take on greater responsibilities as part of a structured, global succession plan within this division* Have the ability to structure and drive a European sales team to achieve ambitious goals in markets that are competitive but actively growing* Are degree calibre, experienced Sales Managers with a proven track record of managing an team of Sales Engineers / Sales Account Managers (preferably across international borders) who sell to a variety of markets, preferably (but not exclusively) to any of the following markets - Automotive OEM Tier 1/2, Transportation (Marine, Off-Highway, Commercial Truck and Bus, Rail & Aerospace), Alternative Energy, Petrochemical, MRO, and General Industrial OEM markets* Products wise, have sold technical products, specialised components or sub-systems; we are open in terms of product experience as long as your current sell is specification based and project led FUTURE PROSPECTS – * Salary expectations will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate* There is huge potential for career development within our division and the group globally.
