REQUIREMENTS - Sales Director - Retail Interiors, Display, POS, POP, Shopfitting, Shop Fixtures You will need to have an excellent knowledge of retail operations, customer insight and behaviours and be able to converse and sell credibly at a high level with clients. Ideally you will come from a senior operational role at a retailer and moved into a sales management or Directorship role selling into that environment. You could come directly from one of these senior operational roles in a retailer, or you could come from a sales management role in an allied area, for example POS/ POP or marketing/ design solutions to retail. Either way you will have management experience and have a structured, but dynamic approach to managing a senior sales team, with the motivation and mind set to drive past, not just hit, sales targets.
