As a global construction chemical manufacturer, with year on year growth, we are looking for a tenacious Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our presence across East Anglia, London & South East UK.

BASIC: £35,000-£40,000 dependent on value

We are a £multi-million, worldwide manufacturing group of technically advanced, chemical based products. Our products service the construction materials industry, primarily the UK Concrete sector. We actively invest in R & D to ensure that our products stand out within the market place and provide our customers with a selection of solutions that outperform that of our competitors.

Having built the strong foundations, we are now actively looking to advance our UK position with the recruitment of a dynamic, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager.


* Selling directly to Manufacturers, Engineers, Major Contractors and Architects
* Managing national and regional accounts spread across East Anglia, London & South East of UK
* Identifying and creating a pipeline of potential customers that meet the strategy of the business.
* Targeted on both growth from existing accounts (30%) and new account wins (70%).
* Retention and development of existing customer portfolio (turnover, margin, product mix, price management).
* Overseeing accounts spending between £1,000- £250,000 per annum.
* Remaining upon market information, including competitor activity.
* Identifying and creating a pipeline of potential customers that meet the strategy of the business.

TERRITORY - Regional Sales Manager - East Anglia, London and the South East UK

TRAVEL: Flexible for UK travel and minimum international travel.


* Have a successful Business to Business field sales record; ideally (but not essentially) this would be a technically bias products, which may include (not limited) chemicals, coatings, concrete, resins, sealants, ready mix, waterproofing, tools, fixings, facades, adhesives, grinding aids, cement, precast or grouts.
* Demonstrates the ability to manage existing accounts whilst maintaining new business activity.
* Has an understanding of territory management and are capable of effective time management.
* Is commercially astute and can communicate effectively at all levels.
* Has strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).

Although we are advertising the role as a Regional Sales Manager, it is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles: Specification Manager, Business Development Manager, UK Sales Manager,
Technical Sales Manager, National Specification Manager, Key Account Manager, Regional Manager, Territory Manager, Sales Executive, Regional Account Manager, Field Sales Executive, Technical Sales Executive, Specification Sales Management, Area Sales Manager or District Manager.
