JOB SPECIFICATION: Sales Manager/Account Manager/Business Development Executive
- Do you have strong sales experience working within a competitive industry?
- Are you a driven and targeted orientated individual with the determination to succeed in this financially rewarding company?
- Do you want to earn £50,000-£100,000 within in your first 12 months of employment?
The Sales Manager/Account Manager/Business Development Executive will be responsible for the following:
- Making both inbound and outbound calls, generating new business and sales through asking appropriate questions to understand the customer needs and recommend a suitable product or service
- Having use of internal and external sourcing & networking tools to drive leads and generate new business
- Meeting and exceeding your pre-agreed KPI’s to maximise your commission structure
- Being persuasive and persistent when following an account from initial contact to completion
- Regularly reporting your progress to the management team whilst managing and developing your accounts
REQUIREMENTS: Sales Manager/Account Manager/Business Development Executive
- Able to develop strong and lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Proven experience of working within a sales driven team with a track-record of consistently hitting your targets
- To possess a persuasive telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills
- To be hardworking, resilient and money motivated
- To have experience working within a competitive industry selling B2B
- Due to location a car would be beneficial
