JOB SPECIFICATION - Account Manager – IT Sales
Working as the Account Manager / Sales Executive, your day will be varied. Your success will be driven by your self-motivation and quality of communication with your existing and new clients.
You will manage the sales plan for your area. The Account Manager / Sales Executive will need to be comfortable with the following tasks:
·Generate and qualify leads.
·Make regular outgoing sales calls to new and existing customers.
·Using a CRM system, manage communications and pipeline of future business.
·Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations to assist the sales process and brand of the business.
·Offer a consultative sell to your customers. By offering advice for the best IT solution with support from the in-house IT engineers.
·Attend sales events and if required visit your customers to grow and develop the account.
REQUIREMENTS - Account Manager – IT Sales
Our Account Managers / Sales Executive are required to have the following skills and experience:
·Hold a full UK driving licence.
·Demonstrate excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
·Be keen to expand on their IT knowledge across the industry, especially across our vendors portfolio of products.
·Can negotiate across the sales process to ensure customer service and satisfaction is achieved.
·Be a natural relationship builder and have a tenacious attitude.
