Business Development Manager / Sales Executive

Expanding SME in Northampton seek a strong business to business sales professional to join as a Business Development Manager.

Basic Salary: £25,000-£30,000 Commission and Bonus

Having seen substantial growth in the last 12 months we are looking to expand our team with the addition of a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive. Working out of our Northampton office you will build a portfolio of clients to personally manage, nurture and expand. You will be driven, highly determined and enjoy working with people. A large proportion of this role will require you to be selling both over the phone and in person, have an inner steel to succeed (not allowing rejection to sway you) and a value for providing a high quality service.

Potentially, you may have a background within:
·Sales (Internal or Field) or Account Management (SME to Bluechip)
·Recruitment, Finance, Engineering, Events, Hospitality, Advertising, IT, Construction, Retail, Medical or HR.
