Business Development Manager

Want to be Head of Sales? You’re a great Business Development Manager, seeking out and closing high value new business with architect / specifiers, major building contractors and large retailers but you want more from your career.

BASIC SALARY: £50,000 – £60,000

LOCATION: Home based, covering the UK and with regular visits to our Hastings HQ.

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: You could be based in any of the following locations: Eastbourne, Brighton, Portsmouth, Southampton, London, Basingstoke, Reading, Swindon, Oxford, Banbury, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Birmingham.

You’re a one-of-a-kind Business Development Manager, excellent at uncovering and closing new business, with a strong entrepreneurial flair. We’re really open on your background, you could be selling any kind of high value product or service into architect / specifiers, major building contractors and large retailers. It could be anything from shop signs to furniture, from lighting to tiling, wherever you come from you’ll be ambitious and looking for an opportunity where you can make your mark, you just need the right place to give you the freedom to do it.

Like you, we’re a one-off, providing the likes of the London Underground, Network Rail and High Street Retailers with unique signage and way-finding solutions but we’re growing and investing in our future.

You’ll build a sales strategy that will enable you to build successful sales mainly across large retailers, architect / specifiers and major building contractors, as we expand our portfolio of products and services. You’ll also lead us into new, untapped markets.

You’ll already be successfully bringing in deals in the region of £300-400k, an expert at generating your own leads and capable of networking across all corporate structures. You’ll have the positive attitude and self-motivation to make this opportunity your own.
