Channel Account Manager

As one of the most highly recognisable consumer electronics brands worldwide, we require a strong Reseller Account Manager / Channel Account Manager to manage a mix of tier one resellers and major VARs. Ultimately developing business with our core partners whilst strengthening these relationships.

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000

JOB SPECIFICATION: Reseller Account Manager / Channel Account Manager : Consumer Electronics

The overall purpose of this role is to manage all key stakeholder relationships within nominated Tier 1 Partner Accounts (Resellers and VARs). You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Logistics, Service and Financial teams

In addition you will be responsible and accountable for:
· Generating targeted levels of sell in and sell out revenue
· Achieving set growth targets and KPIs within key partner accounts
· Reporting on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance
· Managing all internal stakeholder relationships related to achieving account targets
· Owning the partner strategy for nominated partner accounts
· Managing customer and channel relationships including inventory and pricing topics where appropriate
· Maintaining awareness of market conditions and competitor products and pricing

REQUIREMENTS: Reseller Account Manager / Channel Account Manager : Consumer Electronics

Essentially you will have proven channel sales experience an IT or CE Vendor or Distributor, having managed and developed partner accounts previously (Resellers / VARs).

We are looking for a highly energetic, driven and hungry Reseller Account Manager / Channel Account Manager. Someone who thrives on developing accounts and identifying opportunities.

Additionally, in order to be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and experiences: -
· Proven channel sales experience within an IT or CE Vendor or Distributor
· Excellent selling, negotiating and influencing skills
· Strong analytical ability
· Able to handle objections and problem solve
· Ability to demonstrate attempts to deliver workable solutions to business challenges

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Channel, Channel sales, Reseller Account Manager, Reseller Sales Manager, VAR Account Manager, VAR, VAR Sales Manager, Channel Manager, Sales Manager, Partner Account Manager, Partner Sales Manager, Partner sales
