Client Services Support Manager

Field based Client Services Support Manager required for one of the UK's leading providers of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions to Local Authorities and Public sectors.

SALARY: £28,000 to £34,000

BENEFITS: Bonus Car 25 Days Holiday Pension and other additional benefits

LOCATION: Based South West – Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Avon, Wiltshire

JOB SPECIFICATION: Client Services Support Manager - Local Authorities

Duties include;
·Leadership of client interactions across the life cycle from first conversation through to solving problems finding solutions and delivery.
·To develop and sustain a positive relationship with clients and conduct the relationship through a collaborative approach.
·To build dependent relationships with key clients to maintain their loyalty over the long term.
·To help identify and convert new business opportunities within Local Authorities.
·To comply with legislation, policies and standards of conduct.
·Maintaining regular contact with clients through a mix of telephone calls, e-mails and personal visits.
·Uses negotiation skills and report any change control requests to scope, deliverables and timescales for client requirements.
·Engages effectively with senior stakeholders and maintains strong, mutually beneficial relationships - actively maintain a network of senior stakeholder contacts
·Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities and networking events.
·Keep abreast of legislative and general developments within the client sector.

As Client Services Support Manager:

This is a field based role where you will be working with Local Authorities throughout the South West Region. Responsible for client planning, monitoring, communication and relationship management for key contacts with local Authorities within existing Clients.

REQUIREMENTS: Client Services Support Manager - Local Authorities

You will need to demonstrate an understanding of Local Authorities and the Public Sector market in relation to client requirements and the current and future issues.
You must be credible in your personal and professional demeanour and be confident when dealing with clients, customers, colleagues, external partners and other stakeholders. You will also possess the ability to analyse data and reach logical conclusions. The proven ability to present complex information in an easily understandable way avoiding unnecessary jargon will be inbred.

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Local Authorities, Public Sector, Councils as Client Services Manager, Client Services Account manager, Relationship Manager, Service Contract Manager.
