JOB SPECIFICATION: Customer Service Advisor - Part Time (30 hrs)

We are looking for a confident individual who doesn't conform to the norm and wants to make a positive impact by improving the customer journey.

You will be communicating with a variety of customers via phone, email and social media whilst delivering high end service at all times.

Other responsibilities include;
· Dealing with customer queries and offering the best solution using your own initiative and following up to ensure a satisfactory resolution
· Successfully working to daily targets and ensuring business SLA'a are met
· Leading and attending weekly quality monitoring sessions to achieve business benchmark of 95%
· Assisting the Consumer Team Leader to manage a new trial & subscription process, handling the complete customer journey in accordance with the brand values.
· Sharing consumer feedback with internal stake holders.

REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service Advisor - Part Time (30 hrs)

The successful candidate will need to have the following;
· Flexible, positive and proactive attitude with proven ability to multi-task, manage and organise priorities.
· Excel skills are crucial you will need the ability to build and analyse reports
· Experience within customer service environment
· Get up and go attitude
· Team player with good interpersonal skills

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services:
Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Consumer Service Advisor, Customer Service Assistant.
