We need a Customer Service Project Executive - Live Chat and Social Media, who is bright, brave an articulate to help us shape our customer experience and service levels. This role will give you exposure to customer service, marketing, customer journey, sales and strategy. Its a role like no other. From here you'll be able to develop through the business. No day will be the same.

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000

What we're looking for:-

We want someone that can just get stuck in, ideally someone who genuinely wants responsibility in an autonomous environment and can think for themselves. We envisage this person to have had a couple of roles within business and someone who is looking to develop their career in a consumer environment. Ideally we need common sense in abundance.

Here is what the Customer Services Project Executive - Live Chat & Social Media will get involved with to begin with:-

· Speaking with large customers & consumers to understand their experience.
· Looking after our brand and ensuring it is managed effectively in the market place.
· Help build a live chat support platform.
· Implement SLA’s and measurement tools.
· Implement the importance and improve social media platforms – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
· Help to build a world class customer experience both B2B and consumer
· There will be lots of project work directly related to consumer within this leading product environment.
