Head of Inside Sales Operations – SAAS / FinTech

As Head of Inside Sales Operations your primary focus will be to manage a team of inside sales professionals and Key Account Managers with multi-lingual skills. You’ll coach and mentor these individuals as well as devise and implement key sales strategies to help increase revenue across the breadth of the customer account base. Based in London.

BASIC SALARY: £110,000 – £120,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Head of Inside Sales Operations – SAAS/Fintech

You will support and manage a team of 12 inside sales and key account managers. Your team will be focusing on customer success and reoccurring revenue growth. You’ll need to help train and mentor those individuals to achieve further growth across their accounts.

You will analyse sales statistics and forecasts, looking at where you and your team can add further value to those key accounts.

You will also prepare and deliver presentations, reports and price quotations, collaborating with team members and partners as well as departments heads and the CEO.

You’ll manage your departments sales forecasting, reporting on pipeline and other development opportunities.

Working with the Chief Revenue Officer you will contribute to the overall strategic management & development of the total business.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:  Head of Inside Sales Operations – SAAS/Fintech

As an experienced Head of Inside Sales Operations, you will have a proven background not just in the development of your team but show proven success in sales operational strategies.

You’ll be used to reporting to and working closely with C-Level executives.

Have a track record of success across the full sales cycle and inside team management.

Ideally if you have worked with multicultural teams this would be a huge advantage but is not essential.

You’ll be commercially minded, driven and an experienced leader.

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services:  Head of Sales Operations, Head of Inside Sales, Inside Sales Director, Director of Sales Operations, European Inside Sales Manager, European Head of Inside Sales, European Head of Sales
