Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

We have a fabulous opportunity for a bright, articulate, driven and detailed Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join our internal sales team acting as the main point of contact for our subsidiary offices and agents worldwide.

The successful candidate needs to have a real passion for providing great customer experience and excellent communication skills.

SALARY: £24,000 - £28,000 25 days holiday Statutory Benefits

LOCATION: Leicester

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham

THE OPPORTUNITY: Internal Sales Co-ordinator

As part of our global internal sales team, you will be the main point of contact for our subsidiary offices and agents across our international sales channels.

Responsibilities include managing the entire customer experiences from receipt of orders though to ensuring deliveries arrive on time with the correct paperwork. We are therefore interested in receiving applications from candidates who:

·Deliver exceptional customer service whilst also recognising, anticipating and handling difficult situations with courtesy, speed and efficiency
·Are adept at managing stakeholder expectations to drive customer satisfaction
·Are disciplined, great at planning, structuring and analysing their activities to ensure nothing is missed
·Goes the ‘extra mile’ for customers
·Follow up on actions and are proactive in managing the pipeline to chase down opportunities
·Provide support to our external sales teams in terms of leads, data analysis and relevant information such as identifying recurring issues, training needs and facilitating courses for agents when required

ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

·Excellent spoken and written English
·A second language would be useful but not essential
·Outstanding customer services and relationship building
·Excellent Computer skills: SAP/CRM knowledge desirable
·Drive and tenacity to succeed
·Strong communication, influencing and assertiveness
·Confident presentation skills
·Potential to progress through the organisation
·Ideally Degree educated (work experience considered in lieu)
·Great team player but with the potential to lead in the future.
