This role is based in Birmingham, but other commutable locations could include Cannock, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, and West Bromwich.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executives – technology reseller
It’s not often do you get to set up a new division within an already successful channel reseller, turning over c£60million a year.
We’ve been established for over 24 years, reselling consumer electronics mainly to the education sector, but now is the time for us to expand into the B2B sector, which is where you come in!
You’ll be given full autonomy and support to grow your market and your team; you might even be able to bring other successful Sales Exec’s with you!
It’ll be a hugely challenging role and you’ll find yourself getting stuck in from day one, responsible for:
· Creating a viable strategy for the B2B side of our business.
· Building a team of successful, motivated sales people.
· Working with our internal product team to understand and sell our full portfolio of products.
· Representing the business by attending meetings with end users, brands and suppliers.
To help us make you as successful as possible you’ll need to come with some key skills:
· The ability to step into a Sales Manager role and lead from the front
· Already be a proven, successful Sales Manager able to forge a new team
Either way you MUST:
· Have a demonstrable track record of Channel Sales / Technology Sales from within the Reseller Channel, ideally from a B2B perspective.
· Be able to show that you have or are able to grow, mentor and motivate a team.
· Be willing to lead from the front, win new business from day one and be the person others aspire to be.
You’ll need to be a natural leader, a powerful influencer and have boundless energy for this role and as you can see the possibilities to in this role are endless, especially considering you’ll have the backing of a multi-million pound turnover company.
