SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000
· Overtime = T 1/2 after 47.5 hours, T 1/2 Sat & Tx2 Sun (Hours Paid Door 2 Door)

We’re one of the most recognised names in the world of vertical access solutions and due to phenomenal growth we’re looking for at least 5 Industrial Mechanical Engineers to join our expanding Central London team.
You’ll be a valuable part of our growing Service Engineer team, providing Mechanical Engineering expertise to our wide range of cradles and BMUs (Building Maintenance Units), located on some of the most iconic landmarks across the City.
With a great head for heights, you’ll provide regular service and maintenance of our equipment, as well as cover reactive diagnosis and repair.
The role is really varied and you’ll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of equipment such as:
Winches, hoists and motors
Bearings, gearboxes and clutches
Fall arrest systems, hydraulics, slinging and signalling.
You’ll also use PLC’s for fault finding.
To be considered for this role you MUST be a qualified Mechanical Engineer, educated to NVQ Level 3 or have an ONC, HNC, Mech Eng or Elec Eng Degree.
You MUST have:
Be happy working at height
Hands-on experience of motors / gearboxes / bearings and rollers.
Hydraulic circuits knowledge.
Basic electrical knowledge – be able to conduct safety checks (isolate motors, etc)
Experience of working on cranes or traction lifts would be ideal but as minimum you’ll need to have experience of mechanical handling equipment / access plant lifting equipment. This could include but not be limited to: alloy gantries, forklifts, hiabs or versa lifts, skates, air skates, cranes, toe jacks, roller bars, ultralift, telehandlers.
