JOB DESCRIPTION: Middleweight Designer
A lot of creative agency's claim to be "award-winning" and "market-leading", but for over seventeen years we have been at the forefront of our industry, working with some of the biggest global sports and lifestyle brands ensuring such claims are justified. We want to keep evolving so want you to join as our new Middleweight Designer and help deliver our creative briefs.
You'll be working across a variety of projects, getting in front clients, turning conceptual briefs into eye-catching designs that are truly original but true to the core-values of our clients.
Obviously you'll be designing, but some of the things you'll get involved with will be:
· Working within our design team collaborating and presenting creative work within our organisation.
· On occasion, getting out in front of our customers in order to best understand ideas and concepts.
· Take a leading approach to project direction, and using best practice to complete and deliver content on time.
· Manage multiple projects at once, prioritising workload and delivery as part of a wider team.
Overall, you'll become an integral member of our international team, developing solutions that integrate various touch points into your digital design that improves the customer's experience of our customer's brand.
It is highly likely you will have worked as a Graphic Designer, Middleweight Designer, Digital Designer, 2D Designer, 3D Designer, Artworker or a Creative Designer.
To be successful in your application you'll will have probably established quite a hefty portfolio from previous campaigns and designs you have created.
