JOB SPECIFICATION: PR Manager / Content Manager

The company requires an experienced PR Manager / Content Manager to join their multi-disciplinary client service team, delivering innovative and inventive content for a variety of the company’s most established clients. Therefore, the successful PR Manager/Content Manager will help uphold the agency’s reputation creativity, quality, and responsiveness of their services! They will also have the following responsibilities:

-Execute and deliver the PR & Content strategies, campaigns, and operations for a variety of clients from industry leading brands to smaller SME’s
-To monitor the campaign performance against pre-agreed performance indicators and objectiveness (incl. EAV and Social Media).
-To collate, understand and interpret data, ensuring all reports are written accurately
-To understand a client’s brief and produce a range of materials from press releases, features, thought leadership articles, white papers, newsletters, and general online content
-Develop PR & content to promote the agency’s work & brand promotion
-Potentially travel nationally and internationally as required to support the company on various projects
Overall, the successful candidate will be a results-orientated and customer-focused PR Manager/Content Manager, enthusiastic and passionate about all aspects of Public Relations.

REQUIREMENTS: PR Manager / Content Manager

To be truly successful as the PR Manager/Content Manager, you will have proven success working within a PR role at either a Marketing or Digital Agency. You will be customer-focused, ensuring the highest standards of content are produced on behalf of the client. You will also have the following experience:

-Account handling experience, with strong organisational and project management skills
-Experience of working within a Digital or Marketing Agency – ideally with a B2B client base
-Able to communicate well with clients, anticipate their requirements and deliver exceptional service
-A broad understanding of Social Media Platforms, Channels & Content Opportunities
-Have enviable creative energy that shows through in your great ideas and your unusual approach to problem solving
-Familiar with traditional MS Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
