This role is based in Birmingham, but other commutable locations could include Cannock, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, and West Bromwich.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Account Manager / Sales Executive
We’re an online retailer that has been established for over 24 years reselling electronics largely to the B2C market. With turnover projected to reach £60 million this year we have big plans to drastically scale up our B2B side of the business, and want you to lead the way by targeting the SME and Educational sectors.
You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to question, consult, and constantly understand the needs of the business you’re selling too. New business will be your aim, but understanding that nurturing accounts is where the real value in sales comes from will be your ultimate intention.
What’s in it for you? This is a brand new team and there are no boundaries and no established accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to write your own commission check and build a successful portfolio of clients across the sector.
To join us and become a successful Account Manager / Sales Executive you’ll be someone who has:
· Previously worked within an IT or Technology Reseller environment in a new business capacity.
· Is very comfortable selling solutions over the phone and have a genuine passion for all things IT or Technology driven.
· Experience of selling to the SME or Education Sector would be great, but honestly any IT or Technology Reseller background is fine.
