As we continue our growth, we are looking for a Sales Administrator or Customer Service Executive to support our Senior Account team with order processing and delivering excellent customer service to our valued customers.
A typical day in the life of our Sales Administrator will involve the following:
· Answering customer enquiries over the phone and via email
· Processing high volume of orders and credit card payments
· Using our in-house systems to arrange bookings and processing delivery notes to the warehouse
· Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the teams objectives
We are particularly keen to receive applications from candidates who have experience in similar Customer Service or Administration roles.
Critically you must have:
· Enthusiasm and motivation to complete multiple tasks in an organised and calm manner.
· Understanding of how to keep to deadlines, and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
