Sales Administrator

A market leader, boasting many decades of providing top tier solutions to leading brand customers is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Sales and Customer Relationship teams to ensure they can deliver on an ever-changing collection of ongoing projects. BASIC SALARY: £24,000 – £27,000

The primary focus of this role is to support the sales and customer service teams and ensure all areas of ongoing projects are administered and dealt with accordingly. Perfectly suited for a graduate unsure of their next step, or candidates with a sales or administration background who are committed to providing excellent customer service and to continually improving themselves.
 
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the key elements of this varied role will be to;
· Offer excellent customer service, status updates and attending customer calls/meetings.
· Liaise with the project management team over order cover requirements to ensure the business has cover in place for additional sales and variations.
· Raise and process Sales orders.
· Book transportation and raise purchase orders.
· Manage and complete outstanding quotations.
· Continual communication with Production, Warehouse, Project Management, and Implementation teams.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Administrator, Sales Co-ordinator, Project Co-ordinator, Production Co-ordinator
 
Ideally, you will be an experienced Sales Administrator, however a recent graduate, administration expert or just someone with good all-round interpersonal skills, a solid and reliable manner, and the ability to communicate at a high level verbally and in writing will be considered if the personality fits our corporate culture.
