Sales Administrator

BASIC SALARY: Up to £32,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, Administrator, Office Manager, Customer Service
 
Working alongside and supporting the Sales Account Manager, you will support them as they develop new business across our account base.
 
Acting as a conduit between our internal departments, external suppliers and customers you will manage quotations, orders and logistics – keeping all parties up to date as to timelines and progress.
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, Administrator, Office Manager, Customer Service
 
· You’ll have some experience of providing Administration support in an office environment
· You’re happy speaking to customers and suppliers, keeping them in the loop
· You’re composed and can be trusted to keep several jobs / projects organised at once
· You are confident with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
 
If you’ve got any experience of sales departments  / functions – that would be good. Also, any experience of working with a CRM (we use Microsoft Dynamics) would be an advantage as the role develops.
