BASIC SALARY: £25,500

LOCATION: Midlands and East Anglia
 
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS – This is a home based role covering the Midlands and East Anglia, however, we are recruiting nationwide and you may be required to cover across the UK. It’s likely that you live in Brimingham, Leicester, Worcester, Coventry, Stoke-on-Trent, Northampton, Derby, Nottingham, Luton, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Peterborough, Ipswich, Colchester, Norwich
 
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Executive
 
You’ll be demonstrating our employee benefits and financial packages to our clients’ employees via our tailored app. You’ll work with the employees to understand their real-life concerns and help to tailor a benefits package to provide a solution.
 
As our Sales Executive you’ll be involved with loads of incentives every quarter and plenty of social activities. You’ll also have the opportunity to progress through the team and join our top earners in the ‘Premier League’ club where you’ll have access to even more benefits.
 
As a Sales Executive you will:
 
· Attend pre-booked appointments, although you’ll have the freedom to manage your own diary
· Be willing and able to stay away for up to 4 nights per week anywhere in the UK to make sure you get to all your clients (we’ll sort a hotel for you!)
· Record all confidential data in line with FCA regulations
 
You’ll be visiting clients within sectors such as: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics and Transport. You’ll get full training in our 3-week training and induction programme to get you fully versed on our products and our tailored app so you’re ready to get out on the road in week 4.
 
Person Specification: Sales Executive
 
To become a successful Sales Executive you’ll need to be self-driven and have the resilience to keep going. As long as you’re a people person, you could be our next Sales Executive. You don’t need to have previous sales experience but as a minimum, you’ll probably have a background in customer service, retail or hospitality. However, if your background is sales, your experience could come from anywhere. Whether it’s B2B or B2C, as long as your people orientated in your approach, we’d love to have a chat!
 
You must also:
· Hold a full UK driving license for at least 2 years (with no more than 3 points on your license)
· We’ve already said it but, you must be willing to stay away for up to 4 nights per week anywhere in the UK
 
Above all, attitude is key. To be a successful Sales Executive you’ll be a target driven and resilient individual with a likeable personality and the ability to build instant relationships. As each individual is different, you’ll show empathy for their personal circumstances and be a clear communicator, so each employee understands the products that are available to them.
