SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: As this role is office based, we believe you could currently live in Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton or Aylesbury.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Executive / Telesales / Internal Sales
In our new sales role, you will be the main point of contact to our clients whilst supporting the field-based consultants by booking appointments to sell our products and services. These appointments will come from different business development techniques such as cold calling and lead generation.
You will target a range of businesses from major sporting brands to worldwide construction companies and anything in between. This role is mainly focused on generating new business; however, part of the role is focused on other areas such as existing clients and administration of your workload.
You will be responsible but not limited to:
· Using a mixture of cold and warm calling techniques, canvass through our vast database of new and existing clients to book new appointments for our field consultants.
· Networking through decision makers, understand all client needs and sell against those needs with the relevant products and services.
· Using our CRM system populated by purchased data, generate qualified leads to canvass through with the aim of turning a lead into a booked appointment.
· Utilising our company training, learn our products and services so you can succeed within this new sales role.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Executive / Telesales / Internal Sales
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous B2B telesales experience such as, Insurance, Recruitment, Telecoms, Stationary, office furniture. You must have a proven track record of hitting targets or KPI’s consistently. You will be resilient in nature and hungry to generate new business. This is what we are ideally looking for, however we are open to seeing people who want to get into sales and build a successful career. You must be a tenacious, motivated, as well as an individual that wants to learn and progress within our company.
