Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager of third party packaging solutions, do you thrive within engineering, industrial and manufacturing environments?
 
Salary: Circa £50,000 + commission

Based: Hybrid role (office & field based)
 
Territory: Covering the UK – you will be commutable to major road networks and flexible for regular travel.
 
Whether it be a client looking for on-site or off-site third-party logistical service (3PL) or support in designing a packaging solution for heavy engineered components we can help. As a £multimillion SME we specialise in delivering heavy duty packaging contracts to engineering clients across industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
 
THE ROLE: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Heavy Duty Packaging Solutions :  Industrial / Engineering
 
As our Sales Manager, you will be critical in expanding our brand, developing our offering, and increasing our UK client base. Being naturally comfortable in technical environments and skilled in understanding operational workflows you will establish where, and how, we can add value!

REQUIREMENTS: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Heavy Duty Packaging Solutions :  Industrial / Engineering
 
We are interested exploring further if you demonstrate:
 
· A proven sales record in targeting and winning new business within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or logistical operations.
· Strong knowledge of process and manufacturing flows.
· Being an excellent communicator, someone who is strong in building credibility, trust and providing consultative solutions.
 
Although any heavy-duty packaging service understanding would be advantageous, someone who displays an ease at building business partnerships within Industrious manufacturing/ engineering operations would be ideal.
 
Although we have advertised the role as Sales Manager you may also have held the titles or worked in the following industries: Business Development Manager Key Account Manager, Aerospace, Head of Sales, Automotive, Engineering, Contract Manager, Packaging, Sales Director, Industrial, Commercial Manager, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Sales & Marketing Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Defence, Logistics, General Manager or Sales Executive.
