I advertised & filled this role in 2018 stating there were real prospects to move into a team leading role in the short term. The candidate I placed has just been promoted after 13 months and I need to replace them with someone just as good & as ambitious, ideally selling capital equipment into the food industry.
SALARY: up to £60,000
· Commission on ALL sales with realistic but open ended 1st year OTE of £10,000

LOCATION: Covering the UK but home based ideally living on the M1 corridor between Milton Keynes & Nottingham

This is a classic external sales role managing a portfolio of existing accounts and developing new business. Full technical pre sales support & project management will be provided.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Capital Equipment : Food Industry
· You MUST have a current proven track record of external sales into the food processing industry
· You MUST be a qualified mechanical engineer
· You WILL have sold capital equipment or high value technical solutions
A well established & very profitable British manufacturer of integrated total turnkey solutions & capital equipment & food processing machinery supplying the food processing market in the UK. Order values range from £30,0000 up to £3million.
