Senior Sales Administrator

SALARY: £25,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Sales Administrator : Fashion Accessories

Our history dates back over 60 years, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of development and creativity.

We work with some of the UK's largest retailers, UK's top designers and even hold a Royal Warrant to Her Majesty the Queen.

You will be reporting directly into the Sales Director acting as his 'Number 2', liaising with the likes of; John Lewis, House of Fraser and Harrods to ensure they receive the right levels of stock based on forecasting reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Senior Sales Administrator : Fashion Accessories

Other duties will include
 Day to day management of key retail accounts
 Assist the Sales Director in all areas of pre and post sales including liaising with new partners or distributors
 Provide the Sales Director and sales team with sales and stock data / reports
 Management of website and online sales including planning and implementation of promotional activity
 Managing social media content
 Work closely with retailers and partners discussing new products
 Prepare for sales meetings and trade exhibitions

To be successful in this role you will need the willingness and attitude to get the job done and resolve any issues.

You will have the following:
· Previous experience working with key accounts
· Time management skills, this is a varied role therefore you will need to be very organised and be able to prioritize your workload
· Strong Communicator skills both verbal and written
