The Senior Sales Manager - Construction Training, Health and Safety Consultancy's responsibilities will include managing, motivating developing and recruiting a sales team of ten comprising internal sales, their manager, and field sales producing annual sales of over £7m. A senior role with full P & L, forecasting, budgetary and reporting responsibility, a key member of an ambitious and successful senior management team. This is also a hands on/ lead from the front management role which requires being strategic, able to deal at a high level with clients, but still able to get your hands dirty where necessary, muck in and show and coach team members and dual visit with field sales. To be considered for this Senior Sales Manager- Construction Training, Health and Safety Consultancy services role you will be have a proven track record of sales management with P & L accountability, probably in a service environment. A proven track record of staff motivation / mentoring and coaching skills is also essential, for internal and field based sales personnel. Construction or Training industry experience would be highly desirable. You will have strong sales and presentation skills and be able to “lead from the front” when necessary.
