Talent Coordinator / Planner

An experienced Talent Coordinator / Planner is required to set the standard within a rapidly expanding field marketing agency with a nationwide presence.

SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000 bonus

BENEFITS: Pension 22 days holidays plus bank holidays

LOCATION: Ringwood

TIME OF WORK: 8.30 – 17.00 / 9.00 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)
WEEKEND WORK: 1 Saturday per month (time in lieu)

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Bournemouth, Christchurch, Southampton, Salisbury, Ringwood, Poole, Wimborne

As a rapidly expanding field marketing agency with a nationwide operation, we provide a bespoke range of field marking services to our clients. We take pride in providing excellent service in merchandising retail compliance audits, sales training and as the brand ambassador support a wide range of brands including consumer electronic, cosmetics and trade outlets.

Due to an internal promotion we are actively seeking a focused Talent Coordinator to effectively activate and deploy our employees nationwide. Ultimately you will be able to make quick assessments and decision making whilst thriving within a fast changing environment.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

As the Talent Coordinator / Planner / Temp Manager your main duties will be to:

·Schedule and allocate field service operatives across the UK
·Ensure clients projects are delivered on time and within budget
·Establish operatives availability and match their skills to projects accordingly, while ensuring the company’s processes are rigorously followed.
·Update and maintain a talent cross training matrix.
·Manage operatives experience from start to end during the selection process

To be considered for the Talent Coordinator / Planner / Temp Manager you will:

·Understand how to effectively source and deploy candidates for temporary positions
·Already have proven success of working busy deadlines in a highly driven business
·Demonstrate knowledge of using internet based activity to obtain information and data.
·Display excellent communication skills and have a structured, analytic approach to problem solving.

Although not essential this role would suit individuals with a background in

·Recruitment (Temporary or Contract) / In house Talent teams
·Logistics scheduling and or planning
·Field Marketing & or Retail
