A highly driven, commercially savvy UK & Ireland Country Manager / Head of Sales is required to develop and grow a successfully renowned Mobile phone and Tablet accessory vendor’s business. With a view to progress to VP Sales within 3 years. Based from home and covering the whole of the UK & Ireland.
SALARY: £80,000-£90,000 Neg per annum,

JOB SPECIFICATION: UK & Ireland Country Manager / Head of Sales
Over the last 4 years we have experienced enormous success, (doubling growth year on year). Initially set up to sell to the UK market we chose to expand across Europe resulting in achieving a turnover internationally (outside of US) of over $70Million. With this proven success in mind we have exciting and realistic plans to triple our turnover to $200Million in 3 years.
Although our core markets are Retail and B2B, we are aggressively targeting the Online and Grocery markets.
As UK & Ireland Country Manager/ Head of Sales you will build and embed a high-performance sales culture through hands-on sales management and practical sales training, coaching, mentoring and the development of new and existing team members.
You will be tasked with negotiating contracts and SLAs at senior level with new and existing partners across the UK and Ireland. Whilst being fundamentally involved in the vision of the company and building the future of the business; positioning us as leaders in our field.

We are looking for a strong commercially savvy Head of Sales with an entrepreneurial drive who understands the full life cycle of a business.
We are looking for candidates with the drive, passion and skill to embed themselves in the future growth of the company with a clear desire to be part of the senior lead team in the coming years.
As an experienced Head of Sales you will already have great experience developing sales within the Retail/Grocery, B2B and Online channels, ideally within Consumer Electronics, Accessories or IT Hardware.
You will have excellent leadership skills and be well respected by all.

You will be empathetic, passionate, driven, approachable with a flair for managing and leading a team to success.
