Sales Engineer

BASIC SALARY: Up to £40,000
· Fantastic Commission Scheme – Realistic OTE of £45,000 – £50,000 +
· Annual Company Bonus
· 20 days holiday rising to 25 days plus Stats

LOCATION: Working remotely, although ideally commutable to our offices in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Engineer: Compressed Air Solutions
An established company who invest in eco-friendly, energy efficient technology along with the latest products in the market, are looking for an equally innovative Sales Engineer. You can expect a personalised development program, along with product training and ongoing support.
This role will be a 50/50 split between Account Management and New Business Development, with the expectation of upselling to the existing accounts that you inherit. We will train you (internally and externally) on all of our Compressed Air products to get you up to speed.
You have the opportunity to move into a management role, supporting more junior members of staff to develop them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Engineer : Compressed Air Solutions
What you will be doing:
· Generating leads, Canvassing prospective businesses to generate an appointment to meet customers
· Providing bespoke technical quotations to customers after analysing their data reports
· Working alongside the Engineers to set up  
· Closing for new business, asking for the sale.

In order to be successful in your application for the Sales Engineer position you MUST have a proven track record selling Air Compressors and the associated equipment.
Based in High Wycombe with over 50 years’ experience, we are a leading business supplying Air Compressors, Power Tools and associated equipment to companies across the UK. We supply numerous industries across Automotive, Industrial, Manufacturing, Food/Beverage, Utilities, Nuclear, Power, Public Services and more.  
Our revenue comes from replacing obsolete equipment, fixing breakdowns, upselling equipment and improving energy efficiency – with our best in class equipment, businesses can SAVE money long term!

There is potential to invest in the business, become a Sales Manager and more.
