Established in 1992, Wallace Hind has grown from humble beginnings to the progressive and diverse business we are today. With core values and a strong identity, we are proud of the organisation we have become.

Our Head Office is based in a stunning grade II listed building in Northamptonshire, with multiple meeting rooms, plenty of parking, great facilities, and easy access. We are ideally located for clients and candidates alike.

In 2021 our current leadership team completed a Management Buyout, led by Matt Hogg our Managing Director, we have invested in IT Infrastructure, the working environment, and new commission, incentives, and benefits schemes. Our approach and route to market is constantly evolving to keep pace with an ever-changing employment landscape.
