I am the Manager of the STEM team, maintaining a hands-on approach to recruitment, leading by example, whilst mentoring, developing, and training recruiters of various levels of experience.
I am in my 16th year of recruitment covering all areas of engineering, technical, manufacturing, scientific (STEM) and commercial. Prior to entering recruitment, I spent 7 years working in manufacturing, operations, and sales. I am educated to a HNC in Computer Science and a BA (Hons) in Business Management (minoring in Tourism as I love travelling). I am a member of the Institute of recruitment Practice (MIRP).
I am a Widower and a Father. In my spare time I enjoy being active, be that walking, hiking or the gym. I am a season ticket holder at Peterborough United, love spending time with friends and family, travelling and I am trying to improve my Golf game too!
