I was one of 3 founding partners who set up Wallace Hind in 1992. Initially a specialist in sales recruitment, I developed and manage our clients in the PPMA market recruiting sales, managers and engineers across the UK and occassionally in Europe.
I have 35 years recruitment experience and am closing in on generating £5 million personal turnover. I was Managing Director of Wallace Hind for 14 years between 2007 and 2021 helping to more than double the size of the company before managing a successful MBO and becoming a recruiter again.
Outside of work I am kept very busy with my 4 children and my grandchildren.
